These programs offer up to $100 million in financing for stabilized investment properties, including mobile home parks, multifamily housing, self-storage facilities and industrial properties. Owner-occupied properties also qualify.
International Financing
Loans for international commercial properties typically range from $50 million to $1 billion. We finance all types of commercial properties and have expertise in the European/Eurasian commercial real estate markets.
Construction Financing
Qualified applicants may receive $10 million to over $100 million in permanent financing for construction projects. Prior experience is required for borrowers.
Equity and Mezzanine Financing
We offer $5 million to over $100 million in customized financing for high-net worth investors.
CMBS Loans
Investors purchase issued bonds on pooled, securitized properties to fund these loans. Benefits of this program include fixed terms, up to $50 million in financing and low interest rates.
HUD and FHA Lending
These non-recourse loans offer up to $50 million in financing with full amortization and low, fixed interest rates. Use the funds to rehabilitate, acquire or build several property types, including:
- Senior housing
- Healthcare facilities
- Multifamily rental housing
- Hospitals
Bridge Loans
Our hard money loans and bridge loans provide up to $100 million in financing and up to 80% loan-to-value (LTV.) Terms include interest-only amortization and maximum variable interest rates of 14%.
SBA 7a and 504 Loans
